Our expert behavioral therapists have received intensive training in the treatment of these disorders and the effective use of evidence-based treatment, particularly cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy.

Our programs are not appropriate for individuals who have active eating disorders, addictions, psychosis, and/or are actively suicidal.

Appointments are available both in-person and online.

Our team utilizes evidence-based treatments to help you manage your symptoms. Outpatient services include:

  • Diagnostic assessment
  • Individualized treatment plan development
  • Clinician-assisted exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy
  • Behavior and goal planning to promote continued practice at home
  • Cognitive treatment to address unhelpful beliefs
  • In vivo exposures and/or imaginal exposures
  • Motivational work to target ambivalence to treatment and other barriers
  • Family interventions to reduce accommodation (as needed)
  • Consultation with schools (as needed) and with clergy or other community supports
