LaTosha Oliver, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is the human resource and office manager of McLean OCDI Houston. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), a certified business coach, and a Lean Six Sigma black belt. Oliver specializes in learning and organizational change. Her change management programs have been implemented at the Texas Department of Aging and Disability state schools.
Oliver has provided public speaking engagements addressing change management and other aspects of human resources. Notably, she has traveled the world implementing change management and other global human resource programs. She currently serves as the vice president of the Lakeville Board and is pursuing her doctoral degree. Oliver is particularly interested in helping others achieve satisfaction in their workspace.
