Lexi Reichstein, LMSW

BIOGRAPHY

Lexi Reichstein, LMSW, is an outpatient therapist at OCDI Texas and serves as a family therapist for the residential and PHP treatment program. Lexi received her masters degree in social work from the University of Houston with a specialization in mental health. She completed her advanced practicum at Texas Children’s Hospital, where she worked closely with children suffering from comorbid physical and mental health conditions and their families. She also spent time as a residential counselor at the OCDI getting specific training in OCD work.

Lexi has a passion for working with children, adolescents, and families with OCD and anxiety disorders. She was trained to conduct ERP (Exposure Response Prevention), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) for individuals as well as SPACE informed treatment for families. Lexi feels strongly about early intervention and helping individuals gain freedom from their anxiety to live a long, fulfilling life.
