Victoria Lane, LMSW, is an Advanced Social Work Fellow at the OCD Institute of Texas, dedicated to treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and related disorders. She provides evidence-based, compassionate care to individuals and families, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a particular focus on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Victoria completed her first-year fellowship at the OCD Institute of Texas, where she received intensive training in CBT and ERP. She brings this experience to her second-year fellowship at OCDI, offering individualized care that empowers patients to reclaim meaningful lives.
A regular speaker at the International OCD Foundation’s (IOCDF) Annual Conference, Victoria presents on topics that include navigating young adulthood with OCD, supporting loved ones with OCD, and turning points in OCD treatment. In addition, she is a co-leader of the IOCDF’s Young Adult Special Interest Group, where she serves as a voice for increasing access to effective care for individuals and families affected by OCD and anxiety.
Drawing on both her professional training and lived experience with OCD, Victoria is deeply committed to helping individuals achieve freedom from OCD and anxiety through evidence-based treatment. She integrates empathy, authenticity, and advocacy into her clinical work and is dedicated to advancing education, reducing stigma, and promoting understanding of OCD and anxiety disorders.
